    Fly Entebbe to Fort Portal. Afternoon arrival at Kibale Forest. Day 2: Chimpanzee trekking in Kibale. Morning briefing, forest trek, one hour with habituated chimps. Afternoon primate walk for other species. Day 3: Drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Afternoon Kazinga Channel boat safari. Day 4: Ishasha sector — tree-climbing lions in the southern sector. Full day game drive. Day 5: Drive or fly to Bwindi. Afternoon briefing and ranger talk. Day 6: Mountain gorilla trekking. The centrepiece of the journey. Day 7: Morning cultural experience with the Batwa community. Fly back to Entebbe.
