Day 1
Arrive Moshi, briefing and gear check at the BOA base. Day 2: Drive to Londorossi Gate, trek to Big Tree Camp through rainforest. Day 3: Trek to Shira 1 Camp through moorland. Day 4: Shira 1 to Moir Hut via the Shira Plateau. Day 5: Moir Hut to Barranco Camp via Lava Tower (4,600m acclimatisation high point). Day 6: Barranco Wall climb to Karanga Camp. Day 7: Karanga to Barafu Base Camp. Rest afternoon, midnight summit briefing. Day 8: Midnight summit attempt — Uhuru Peak 5,895m at dawn. Descend to Mweka Camp.
