Day by day

Day 1
Fly Nairobi to the Masai Mara. Afternoon game drive. Day 2: Full day in the Mara. Day 3: A second Mara day near the river during the crossing season. Day 4: Cross into Tanzania and transfer to the northern Serengeti — the same herds, the same grassland, a quieter side of the border. Day 5: Full day in the northern Serengeti around the Mara River's Tanzanian reaches. Day 6: Second Serengeti day, working south as the animals do. Day 7: Fly Serengeti to Arusha or Nairobi for onward connections. Border logistics (visas, the crossing itself) are handled for you; we'll set expectations on timing honestly, as the crossing adds a few hours.
